Location and Accommodation

SOL ET PAX consists of two houses – the larger one can accommodate 4 people, and the smaller one can accommodate 2 people. The houses are located in seclusion, above the beach, and in a way, they are isolated from the outside world, making it a Robinson Crusoe-style tourism experience. However, the accommodation itself is not Robinson Crusoe-like. We offer some usual comforts, such as electricity, hot water, sleeping in regular beds, refrigerators, and a kitchen for food preparation. Of course, the main attraction is the three large terraces with a view of the beach and the open sea.

Energy and Water
The houses are self-sustainable, which means we have our own off-grid solar power plant for electricity supply and solar collectors for hot water preparation. During the day, solar panels on the roof produce energy for daily use, and the surplus is stored in a battery for nighttime power supply.
We collect rainwater through the roof, which is stored in a cistern and then supplied to the house through a regular water supply system, just like in any other house. This water is used for showering, cooking, and sanitation, but it is not suitable for drinking. Since there is usually a lack of rain during the summer, and it is not easy to obtain water on the island, we kindly ask our guests to be mindful of water consumption.
